Off Kilter

  • ½ Part Navan
  • 1¾ Part Johnnie Walker Gold
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 shake ground nutmeg
  • ½ Part heavy cream
  • ¼ Part Nocino della Cristina

Glass type:Snifter

Garnish:Nutmeg and black pepper

Instruction: Place all liquid ingredients in a shaker and stir thoroughly.
Sink the shaker into ice for 5 minutes or until properly chilled. Serve in a snifter and garnish with a light dusting of fresh ground nutmeg and a tiny pinch of black pepper.

Aztec Chocolate

  • 4½ tsp. Navan
  • 4½ tsp. Añejo Tequila
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1½ oz. half & half
  • 1 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 dash ancho chili pepper

Glass type:Cordial or cognac

Garnish:Ground cinnamon rim and dried red chili for garnish

Instruction:Wet rim of cocktail glass with simple syrup and dip into a plate of ground cinnamon and set aside.
Combine the Navan, tequila, chocolate sauce, half & half, ground cinnamon and ancho chili pepper with ice. Shake moderately and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with red chili pepper.

Ile Rouge

  • 1 oz tequila
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Splash simple syrup
  • .75 oz fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
  • pink pepper corns

Glass type:Martini

Garnish:pink pepper corns

Instruction:In a mixing glass muddle 15 pepper corns, add remaining ingredients, add ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

New Blazer

  • 1 Part Navan
  • 1 Part Belvedere Vodka
  • 2 Parts Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 pinch soy lecithin
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 2 Parts simple syrup
  • 2 Parts water

Glass type:Coffee mug

Garnish:Nutmeg foam with lecithin & simple sugar in a cream dispenser and shaved dark chocolate on top.

Instruction:Bring water to a boil, heat spirits and ignite (except for the Godiva).
In a blue blazer style. mix back and forth then pour in a coffee mug, add Godiva.

Warm and Cozy

  • 1¼ Part Navan
  • 2 pinches of spice
  • 1 barspoon brown sugar
  • ½ Part maple syrup
  • 1½ tbsp pumpkin pie mix
  • 1 Part whipped cream
  • ¾ Part Bourbon Honey Liqueur

Glass type:Coffee mug

Garnish:Cinnamon stick on the side dusted with fresh ground cinnamon

Instruction:Pour all ingredients except the cream into a mixing glass.
Pour 2 Parts of hot water on top and mix well. Pour into mug. Layer cream on top. Dust with cinnamon.

Guyana

  • 1 Part Navan
  • 1 Part fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Parts Rum
  • 3 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • ½ Part simple syrup

Glass type:8 oz. cocktail

Garnish:Orange twist

Instruction:Prep cocktail glass by swirling the Navan glass about, and rinsing the interior of the glass. Then twist the skin of an orange peel into and over the cocktail glass.
. In a glass mixing pint, pour the remaining ingredients, shake with ice, and strain into the prepped cocktail glass. Serve.

Savory Caipiriska Royale

  • ¾ Part Navan
  • 1 Part Belvedere Vodka
  • 3 Parts cucumber
  • 3 grinds kosher salt and fresh pepper
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1 Part Moët & Chandon White Star

Glass type:Double old-fashioned

Garnish:Fresh lavender sprig and cucumber pinwheel

Instruction:Build in a salt and fresh cracked Telicherry peppercorn rimmed heavy 10-12 oz. rocks glass. 1 lime, white center pithe removed, cut in eighths.
3 Parts peeled, rough chopped cucumber. 3 grinds of kosher salt, 3 grinds Telicherry peppercorns. Muddle until juicy. Add Belvedere and Navan. Fill with ice and stir. Top with Moët & Chandon White Star.

Sin City

  • 1½ Part Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Crème de cacao
  • ½ Part Lemon juice

Glass type:Martini

Garnish:Half-rimmed glass with sugar and cinnamon mixture

Instruction:Add all ingredients to shaker, shake then double strain into martini glass.
Garnish beforehand.

The Nooner

  • 1 Part Navan
  • 2 Parts Rye Whisky
  • ½ tsp. Fresh grated ginger
  • ¼ Part Maple syrup
  • 3 dashes orange bitters

Glass type:8 oz. Coupe, chilled

Garnish:Flamed orange peel, floated bitters.

Instruction:Chill Coupe glass. Combine ginger, syrup, rye, and Navan Natural Vanilla Liqueur in mixing glass. Shake thoroughly with ice.
Dump coupe glass. Double strain through sieve to catch any ginger. Float orange bitters and flame quarter sized orange peel. Place, peel up, in glass.

Summit Sour

  • ½ Part fresh orange juice
  • 1 Part iced chai tea
  • ½ Part passion fruit juice

Glass type:Old-fashioned

Garnish:The inside of a fresh passion fruit and ground nutmeg

Instruction:Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
Spoon out the inside of a fresh passion fruit atop the glass. Add ground nutmeg.
