What you need

• 1 Part Navan
• 2 parts Moet Champagne
• 1 Part Pear Puree
• Splash of Crème de Cassis (optional)

How to make it

In a Mixing glass, add all ingredients except the champagne, add ice, shake, strain into a champagne flute, and top with champagne.
